Rocket League Stuck on loading screen

After tweaking some anti-aliasing settings, my rocket league "froze" from SMAA. The thing is, I can still hear that I am navigating through menus, but the image is stuck on the loading screen. I've tried a complete uninstall + reinstall, alongside deleting the rocketleague file in the prefix folder. neither has worked
