how would this layout work on mobile (or if i should even consider using it in the first place)

i was wondering what would be the best way to solve this

so i have a grid or a flex with icons adn text indicating what each icon is? then i have a shrunk display section or display hub, what i'll show in that display hub is a guide or tutorial listicle, for desktop i guess i'll either do it like that and control the width of both containers (the container having the grid elements & the container of the display section) doing this is all right but won't be feasible in mobile since i have only one column; and that would clutter the display, stacking them i guess but the display hub position i don't know where to put it,

or should i just make all of them like a faq section & it's just open & close with the guide inside ??

what do y'all suggest
