Discord guild messages silently dropped — Slow MESSAGE_CREATE listener
Version: 2026.2.14 (also 2026.2.13), macOS ARM64, Node 22
Problem: Bot receives guild messages (channels status --probe shows in:1m ago) but they never trigger an agent run. The MESSAGE_CREATE listener blocks for 30-130 seconds then aborts:
[discord] Slow listener detected: DiscordMessageListener took 127.2 seconds
[openclaw] Suppressed AbortError: This operation was aborted
Config: groupPolicy: "open", requireMention: false, no channel allowlists. Reproduced with single and multi-account setups.
Key detail: Guild messages worked briefly (~5 min) after initial setup, then permanently broke after a config change + restart. DMs work fine.
