Discord bot no longer receives any guild channel messages

What I'm trying to do:
Discord bot receives DMs and responds to slash commands, but does not receive any guild channel messages. Bot appears online, can send messages to guild channels via REST API, and all permissions/intents are verified correct.
What's happening instead:
MESSAGE_CREATE events from guild channels never reach the message handler. Zero inbound guild messages in debug logs — not filtered or dropped, simply never dispatched to listeners. DMs work via pairing. Slash commands work (INTERACTION_CREATE events are unaffected).

That log line is the smoking gun:
So Discord is delivering the guild
In OpenClaw’s Discord config, the rule is:
