Constant Memory Loss Issue

Today I had an incident with my OpenClaw.
For Context:
1. After asking my agent to update to the recent version 2026.2.14, my OpenClaw files got corrupted.
2. I asked ClaudeCode to help me fix it, and the suggestion was to reinstall the OpenClaw - and it did.
3. After reinstalling the OpenClaw at the latest version, the agent is having a hard time connecting back to discord (can't read discord message from me at all).
4. It then tried to apply some fix on its own after discussion through the dashboard (including downgrading back to the previous version), then something failed again. Openclaw doctor could not fix it.
5. I asked ClaudeCode once again to help me fix the issue.
6. I tried running it back after ClaudeCode fix, then Openclaw doctor could pinpoint the issue and start fixing things properly.
7. Openclaw doctor fixed it, and all chats got cleaned up, but everything is finally working again.
The issue:
1. After this happened, whenever I talk to the bot, it always forget what we talked about after going back and forth with just a few messages.
2. It kept blaming a config that we set from 2 days ago which is ttl 30m, and keep LastAssist 3, which I believe is not the case since even when I had this config from 2 days ago, it never became an issue.
Anyone have idea why for the root cause? And are there any possible fix that you could help me find?
