My Rust Server suddenly shows different Name in BattleMetrics and I cant claim it.

In the step "Add your Servers" it says "A trial has already been used with this server. Only one trial is allowed per server. If you believe this is incorrect please contact us."
I got this Server a few days ago and never tried to claim it before.
Suddenly the name of my Server in Battlemetrics changed to a different one and it shows Users that are not on my Server.
Is it possible that somebody else claimed it and put his RCON IP in it?
