Delete all images NOT in an external library

I’ve decided to use immich with external libraries only, as the iOS app catastrophically fails to upload my large library. I’ve used icloud-photos-downloader to grab the 220k+ photos to a folder and I’m yet to decide how I’ll automatically upload new ones once I turn ADB back on, but thing is that now I have around 60GB of duplicate photos in immich library from before it failed.
I know I can’t just rm them as immich’s internal library isn’t supposed to be managed externally at all (another reason for me to want to use only external libraries now), so how could I easily delete everything that is not in an external library without breaking immich’s database?
Without having to do a clean installation that is (tho that might be easier since I AM using a config file after all…)
