Unable to open Mainsail after RC4 Configure run successfully

I purchased the 4.1 upgrade kit for my VCore 4. Hardware and updates all installed fine, used a brand new SANDISK Ultra micro SDXC card and the PI Imager to flash. The Ratos hotspot showed up fine and I was able to configure the wifi and then connect to ratos.local/configure. I was able to flash the octopus, and the new Orbitool board and complete the configuration with no errors, then when I try to open Mainsail it just spins and spins and never connects. I am able to login via Putty and have done several reboots and ran configure again to no avail. I tried Chrome, Firefox and Edge.

Solution

I finally got past this by connecting a klipper screen and doing all of the updates through that and fully restarting printer. The screen would wipe out the network config when attached on the prior versions of RatOS 2.1. RC3 and lower. Glad that is fixed in RC4. I started seeing Mainsail Unauthorized error instead of a blank black window after updates. I then had to add my subnet to the Authorized list in mainsail.conf and restart mainsail service through SSH session.
