jittery / flicking mouse

okay i had this issue about 1-2 years from today. BUT i still can't find anything about how to fix it, also the issue only on valorant
already tried reinstalling windows, reinstalling valorant, changing mouse still error, changing pollingrate 125hz-1000hz. (plz ignore my score lmao)
