VAN errors

So, I've ben playing the game since episode 6 and I stopped to play the game for a year now. I tried to get back on the game but everytime I start a game, when I'm like 5-10 minutes into the game, my game crashes and I get a VAN error message (everytime different). This problem has been now running for more than a month, can anyone help me, I'm tired of restrictions bans, and just of not playing the game I want to play...
