Bug: Slack Socket Mode connects but receives zero inbound events
Version: OpenClaw 2026.2.15 (3fe22ea)
OS: macOS (arm64), Node v25.6.1
Slack mode: Socket Mode | Workspace: Paid plan
What's happening:
Slack socket mode connects successfully (slack socket mode connected in logs), openclaw channels status shows Slack as "enabled, configured, running" — but zero inbound events are delivered. No DMs, no channel mentions, nothing in the gateway log.
Verified:
Scopes: im:history, im:read, im:write, app_mentions:read, channels:history, chat:write
Bot Events: message.im, app_mention, message.channels
App Home → Messages Tab enabled
dmPolicy: "open", allowFrom: ["*"], groupPolicy: "open"
openclaw pairing list slack → no pending
Full gateway restart
DMs + channel @mentions → zero events in logs
Socket appears to be zombie — connected but not receiving. Telegram + iMessage work fine on the same gateway.
