Group messages received but agent never processes them (2026.2.15)
Bot is in the groups, privacy mode disabled, groupPolicy: "open", requireMention: false. Messages arrive — I can see sessions created in sessions.json with sessionFile paths. But the sessions have no systemSent, no model — the LLM never runs.
One group (Content) did respond briefly during testing but the other (Analytics) never does, despite identical config.
I also have bindings configured to route specific groups to sub-agents, but all sessions are created under agent:main instead. Bindings seem to be ignored entirely.

Agent exists with workspace + model configured. Works fine when spawned directly via sessions_spawn.
