I want to clarify the full situation from the beginning.
My account was hacked on September 3 after my PC was fully compromised. The hacker gained access to my Riot account and played on it without my knowledge. During that time, cheats were used, which resulted in a permanent ban on the account.
After the ban happened, the hacker himself submitted a support ticket, which was rejected. Since then, whenever I try to submit a ticket myself to explain the situation as the original owner, my tickets get automatically closed without being reviewed.
I kindly ask you to check the IP logs and device login history during the time of the incident. You will find login locations and devices different from mine. This should help confirm that the account activity during the ban period was not from me.
I want to confirm that I am the original owner of the account. I still have access to the original email, all purchase invoices, account information, and any data you may ask for to verify ownership. I also have proof that my computer was fully compromised at the time of the incident.
I want to clearly state that I have never used — or even attempted to use — any cheating software in VALORANT.
I only recently recovered access to my account, and I am now trying to resolve something that happened while the account was stolen. I truly need your help with this situation and would really appreciate a manual review of my case.
