Email Routing: Create custom address does not work?

Hi, I'm having trouble setting up basic email forwarding on my CF Pages application.
I think I might have encountered a bug?
When I go to Email Routing>Routing Rules> Create Address, it goes into a new page (Create custom address). There, when I select Action: Send to an Email, a destination field appears, but it cannot be clicked on?
The save button also does not work. In the console, an error throws when this happens:
Tried on edge, chrome and firefox, same outcome everywhere. Did anyone else run into this issue?
