overlay glitching/ commands not working

so the issues im having is most of my layers i have are glitching with the sub follow and bitties names its like skipping, then some of my commands all together arent popping when im live ill check in builder and in a browser and only a hand full still work ive checked timing and ive tried refreshing the sorce deleting and then rebuilding but it still happens
