Help with FPS tips

What are some settings that I can change in order to boost my fps Valorant fps on a low end laptop? (Requesting both laptop changes and in game settings)
I currently get around 50 fps but I get frequent fps drops (usually when I see an enemy) which makes it difficult to play properly
Specs: i3-1005, 8gb ram, Intel UHD graphics, using internet
