Issue with unlinking accounts from the domain zakoxun.top

My domain zakoxun.top has been restored from netcraft to a normal domain, and the clienthold and serverhold have been deleted. However, Cloudflare still hasn't finished reviewing my account abuse report. I hope the review can be expedited. I also didn't see any phishing review prompts when I restored the domain status to active in my Cloudflare account. Are your community staff deceiving me?
Finally, I found from a speed test website that your DNS is almost always in a "response failure" state plus 10 seconds in mainland China. What's going on? I need an answer.
