Z-Endstop and z1 no-lift

setupSetup: Stock Ratrig V-core 4 500x500 IDEX kit, with the only exception being the CHUBE hot-end & tungsten carbide nozzles. Octopus V1.1 & EBB42 v1.2 toolhead boards and 1 beacon on the primary tool.
A) Cannot find location for Z-Endstop pin definition, Currently listed as Triggered, even though the switch isn't depressed and it's plugged in, sadly the builder did not label which connector is which, so it's either plugged into PG9 or PG10, do I need to plug it in to PG6?
B) z1 motor will buzz up and down, however it will not lift after setting the kinematic position and using the z move command, z0 & z2 will go up but the z1 will not, I think that the run current may be the issue, however, I'm not sure how to check that... help is much appreciated.
