Hi folks,
My email address is linked to SSO through NCSC, however when I log in upon being redirected back to Cloudflare, I get a raw JSON error instead of being able to access the dashboard. This happens 100% of the time which means I can't login to the dashboard at all, which also means I can't access the normal support routes. I get an error code 1055 with the text "Email doesn't match the one provided by the IdP or SSO user does not yet exist. You might need to accept an invite for this domain.". I've tried various browsers. This has been a longstanding issue, not a recently appearing one.
I've tried querying with our IT department but they can't see anything wrong on their end. I can see from the login flow that the SSO is going through SAML and that the ACS endpoint is returning the error.
I've attached a screenshot with the JSON message with the URL included.
