How do I mod Skyrim Special Edition in Bazzite

I tried to use the MO2 Linux installer and it seems to depend on proton tricks methods that no longer work.
I also tried Lutris but the Steam Windows version there doesn’t work either.
I have no idea how to add mods to Loot.
