Installing a executable program in distroshelf or direct

question

Hi, im using the bazzite for almost 3 months now and having a great time using the distroshelf for my programs out of flatpack, but i having issues with GOWIN IDE, a software used to program FPGAs, it cames in a linux form in a bunch off executables, and i can´t make it work. can someone help me please
