Repetitive microstutters on bazzite-nvidia

Hi, this issue has followed me across distros and isn't just a bazzite problem.
I get these random microstutters/frametime dips every 2-3 seconds. It's not horrible, but its enough to notice

for now, ill just run games in dx11
