Account Hacked Urgent IP & Device Investigation Needed

My account was hacked on September 3rd, and I have been unfairly banned. I need urgent action and a proper investigation. Here’s why:
1. Check the IP and device usage after September 3rd: This is the clearest proof that I was not responsible for any activity on my account. A review of the IPs and devices used after the hack will immediately show that I am innocent.
2. Support communication issues: Every time I try to submit a ticket, it is automatically closed when they see the riot id. This is because the hacker opened tickets after the ban. I am currently blocked from proving ownership or receiving help, even though I have all necessary proof, invoices, and the original email.
