Is there anyway to tell when a specific app first was deployed?
I'm trying to find out when an app in my account started counting towards my production environment count, but none of the Usage or Billing pages make this particularly easy to find out.
Nor is it easy to see which apps are currently counting towards it.
'6 additional apps x $10/app' is not really a breakdown.
For those of us who have a lot of different clients, its often needed to be able to break down our monthly bills on a much more granular level.
