Perma banned for Third-Party Software

Idk if I'm supposed to post this here but I tried to submit a ticket and it didn't let me because it said that after automated review the ban won't be removed or something like that so it won't let submit a ticket
I got perma banned in VALORANT in two accounts long time ago for no reason (at least no reason that I know of) and I heard from people that they will never unban but I've seen a couple of people get unbanned so maybe there's still hope
All I want is for someone to maybe check the IP or anything like that at the time of ban because maybe someone else used it somehow and used 3rd party software or maybe the account just got banned by mistake not rly sure
I hope that someone can help

For the 2nd account I only have the username that logs in riot client but I can't log in the site to get the name for some reason it says you may need to update username and when I click update it does nothing
I can provide any information if needed
