Can't get my Bluetooth adapter to work

When hovering over the option it just tells me that there is no adapter (translated from German). I already updated to the latest version and tried a bunch of commands i found online but nothing really seems to work.
I'm using a small Bluetooth 5.4 dongle from Ugreen. Here is a link to the exact model, maybe this helps.
