played a valorant comp match and doesnt show the comp match in career + no rr gain after winning

i played a valorant comp match and then after we won the screen where it shows the match came up as blank then when i went back to home and went to career the match doesnt exist even though valorant tracker recorded that comp match. I didnt lose or gain any rr.
