I lost all my valorant stuff

I changed my riot name and ID and when I tried to at least practice my aim on the Valorant training site [since I got accidentally disconnected from a match and was banned] I noticed that my items like my gun buddies, titles, my level, agents, titles, kingdom credits, radianite points and even the stuff I got from the current battlepass were missing. I did just buy Omen again, but everything else I couldn't get back. Is there a way for me to get these items back? Or is it just not possible? Also is this ban evading since I accidentally seemed to be unbanned? I'm not trying to ban evade I just wanted to train and noticed all my things were gone. I already submitted a ticket with this msg to the actual support website but was wondering if anyone here knew why
