A while ago, dieworkwear tweeted this about a picture of Milei, Argentina’s sitting president. The politician in question was never particularly stylish, but –living in Buenos Aires and having seen him in tons of media before he got into politics– I get the feeling that his suits (if not all his clothes) have started fitting much worse since he became a politician.
Since his policy is centred on austerity and cost cutting, could he be deliberately buying the cheapest possible suits regardless of fit? Not the best way to prove a point but, for a public figure who makes a show of not combing his hair and who used to give his government salary away via lottery… It feels in-character
