I’m an editor for a YouTuber, and we are trying to use the Flashback mod together with Distant Horizons. However, I’m having trouble getting the DH data (LODs) to show up in the recording on my pc.
The YouTuber sent me a Flashback recording file along with his entire Distant_Horizons_server_data folder (containing the .sqlite databases for the server's worlds). I have the exact same mod versions as him.
Technical Details:
Minecraft Version: 1.21.4 (Fabric)
Distant Horizons Version: 2.3.6-b
Flashback Version: 0.39.1
Launcher: CurseForge, later i tried Lunar client (which he originally recorded the flashback replay on)
What I’ve tried so far:
I placed the data folders (e.g., hg9i3654...@@overworld) into my instance’s Distant_Horizons_server_data folder.
In flashback recordings that I record the LODS load perfectly fine.
What I've also found out that in his recordings when I have DH turned on I see just fog, and when I turn it off I don't see the fog anymore and actually see even more than with DH. (2 images)
