Logitech G600 Mouse Inputs being read as Razer Keyboard only in games

Hi all, very weird one here - I was playing World of Warcraft Retail via Lutris last night, and something happened where my mouse's side-buttons stopped working. The buttons outside of a game (ie: just in a document or website) will properly translate (I have them mapped to 1-0, - = on they keyboard). But as soon as I boot up any game (WoW, FF14, Baldur's Gate) the mouse side-buttons are interpretd as a Razer Blackwidow Chroma (my keyboard).
Is there a way to see what inputs are mapped from where, or to force them to reset? I can't find a way to use something like xinput to reset them or get a list of inputs, and it's driving me absolutely insane.
