Leave from match and banned like cheater lol

I was banned for one month by rule 7, it's rule about cheats, but, I just leave from unranked match, my friend told me, this problem usually can be on laptops, btw I play on asus tuf gaming A17. I wrote to support, but they told me "We can't unblock u". If some one now reason of this, answer please
