How to use t3 for agentic coding?

Sorry, this is a very noob question, but I don't see if it's possible to use t3 for agentic coding. Can't find info if it's purely a chat app or the subscription will allow using it via cli? If so, can you please tell how specifically or throw the manual at me that I couldn't find.
