TMC5160 doesn't work with Manta M8P

MotionI have a V-Core 4 500 with a BTT Manta M8P V2 and 4 BTT 5160 stick drivers on XY. They dont work. I tried with 24 and with 48 volt, same result. Jumpers are placed correctly. I tried setting them up in the configurator as other models (2160 or other 5160 but same error). I tried with another 4 drivers (same model) and same error. Only 2209 work. Any idea?
