Valo Loading screen freeze

i tried everything when i open my valo after a few seconds of waiting in the loading screen my whole pc crashes and i need to hold the power Butten to restart my pc i saw some reddit post about this that post said i need to end task bootstrapper to fix it it worked for 1 day after that day an update came out and it no longer works any way to fix this ?
