Questions regarding navigation, relationships, and localization standards
Hi everyone,
I’m a new Twenty user (running the latest version) and I have a few questions as I set up my environment:
1 - Navigation Sidebar: I’ve noticed that every table is treated as an object and automatically appears in the sidebar. How can I select only specific objects to be visible in the navigation area? Currently, everything I create stays there and I haven't found a way to hide them.
2 - Relationships (Pivot Tables): To create a relationship between two objects, I’m currently creating a third intermediate object (a pivot table). Is this the correct approach in Twenty, or is there a native way to handle many-to-many relationships?
3 - UI Customization: Is it possible to edit the visual interface (colors for buttons, background, navbar, etc.) directly within the app, or do I need to modify the source code? If it’s via code, is there a specific file or theme configuration I should look for?
4 - Localization & Naming Standards: I am a Portuguese (PT-BR) speaker. In terms of best practices, should I create the objects with English names and then change the labels to Portuguese, or is it fine to create everything in Portuguese from the start? Also, what is the recommended naming convention for objects (e.g., singular vs. plural)?
