Wifi problems

I am having difficulties with my wifi even with wired connections on Windows I would consistently get 500 MBs but on bazzite I get at most 10 MiB I have followed the instructions on the FAQ under the wifi is slow / lag spikes section and that helped me in that I now don't see anything under 1 MiB but it's still at most 10 MiB
This is not the only time I have had this problem with Linux it is what made me go back to Windows
My system is a ryzen 9 9900x and GPU is a 5070 if that helps
And before it's stated yes I have reset the modem
