Want to upgrade project, but no projects showing up for Vercel Neon integration

I need to upgrade my Neon project, but because it's hooked up to a Vercel project (I used a project template), it asks me to use the Neon Vercel integration. I don't currently use the integration, but I tried to add it. But when I try to add it, my project doesn't show up. Is there a step I'm missing?
