wrong gpu being used?

hi all new to linux in general and was having a good time with it, but i think the wrong gpu is being used on my laptop. im getting around 30 fps in ffxiv and sys monitor says my gpu is at 100% pretty much constantly. is there a way to check what gpu is being used for the game??
