Messaging Monitoring and Responding
I’m trying to create a text system that monitors my text messages on a daily basis and can respond to Leads
1. Text Monitor Daemon (Event-Driven)*

Listens for incoming business texts in real-time
- Sends WhatsApp alerts when new messages arrive
- Runs 24/7 as background service

Only catches new messages, not pending/waiting items
2. iMessage (Manual)*
- Send/receive texts to team
- Read chat history
- No automation
- Group chats don't work (sends individual)
3. WhatsApp Alerts*
- Push alerts to you
- Real-time delivery
What's MISSING — The Pending Action System:
- No way to track "messages waiting on Corbin's response"
- No reminders when someone's waiting
- No "action item" dashboard
- No escalation if you don't respond within 30 mins
- Rashie's Michael question just floats in the chat
What would fix it:
1. Parse incoming messages for action indicators ("Can you call Michael?" "Did you get the docs?" "Need your approval")
2. Create action items in a simple tracking system (file, database, or Apple Reminders)
3. Alert on pending items that are waiting on you
4. Auto-escalate if unaddressed after 30 minutes
