can download intel drivers?

This is my first time using Linux and I'm having a problem with the resolution; it only lets me select up to 1024x768.
On Windows, I solved this by downloading the Intel UHD drivers (it's an old computer), but I don't see any way to download them on Linux. I've only seen methods for Nvidia and Ryzen drivers.
