My valorant keeps frame skipping

Hello, recently my valorant has been doing this weird thing where I’m doing whatever and then suddenly I’ve just skipped ahead or behind or just idk how to describe it other than frame skipping.
My pc is all up to date no updates needed and it seems to be running fine too no over-stress and my fps is running a smooth 180 maybe drops to a 179 but I think that’s normal.
I can’t really think of any solutions.
Has anyone had anything similar or knows a solution?
