Overscan shenanigans
question
My TV is an old Panasonic plasma TV, 720p
it has overscan, so stuff is cut off on all sides
no, I can't turn this off in the TV settings, the "PC Settings" and "Zoom settings" are greyed out, it only detects stuff as being a PC if it is plugged into VGA, not HDMI
how can I set up both the desktop mode, the console mode thing, and games to account for the overscan?
