OpenClaw Browser Tool Timeout: "Can't reach the OpenClaw browser control service" error

I'm experiencing a persistent issue with the OpenClaw browser tool (default_api.browser).
When attempting to perform any browser action (e.g., snapshot), the tool consistently returns the following error message:
"Can't reach the OpenClaw browser control service (timed out after 20000ms)."
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps multiple times:
1. Restarting the OpenClaw gateway (openclaw gateway restart).
2. Verified that the OpenClaw Browser Relay Chrome extension appears to be active and connected (screenshots of the browser and logs have been shared in the chat history).
Key Observation:
Interestingly, the browser tool was functioning correctly in another OpenClaw topic/session within the same environment just prior to this issue. This suggests that the browser control service itself might be operational, but it is failing to establish a stable connection or respond within the current session context.
Due to this recurring timeout, I am currently unable to perform any browser-based tasks. Could you please assist me in diagnosing and resolving this issue?
