UPDATE SERVER DOWN

so for the past month or so i haven't been able to play val or even load riot games it either says update server down, loads the sign in option with a purple highlighted box, or gets all the way to the loading screen of valorant and stops about a quarter (25%) the way through and freezes, i have submitted a total of three tickets to support and nothing has worked I've uninstalled / reinstalled, ran as admin, restarted my pc, almost everything and nothing has worked so i must be doing something wrong could someone add me and help me live?? i feel like that would be my best bet to get back to gaming lol
