HASS Agent Lastsystemchance sensor never send SystemShutdown

📦HA Issue

Hii, i have some problems with LastSystemStateChange, it would never send "SystemShutdown" to MQTT. Is there any way we can make it works?
I've tried turn on 'Ignore availability', update every 1 seconds. and im using the 2.1.1 version.
