When trying to visit my website it shows the domain is expired even though its not.

I have a domain on cloudflare (i bought it from somewhere else i just updated the nameservers to cloudflare's) and when i try to visit the site it says Domain expired even though i just bought it for the first time. (and i haven't got a reply for my ticket for like two weeks. It seems like the page is stuck and i cant use the domain... (it only works on dns only, but i need to use tunnels,proxied)
