Once setting someone's level with lurkr, They dont seem to be able to gain xp anymore.

Hello! Me and my moderation team have been slowly rolling out a transition to lurkr after ProBot had gone paid. However, when someone requests for a level to be set back, they cannot gain any xp anymore. Is there any fix for this?
