Touchpad unresponsible after boot

On the latest stable branch, my Legion laptop refuses to register my touchpad after several seconds upon login.
I did check whenever it was turned on or not and it was indeed turned on.
What I checked were:
1. My mouse being plugged in, which it wasn't.
2. Had the "disable touchpad on mouse plug" turned on, but it didn't matter (check point 1)
3. Had any power savings turned on for the touchpad, which weren't any (and I doubt tuned would do anything like this)
