How long for services to be restored when billing lapse occurs- realistically

Need to know how long it takes to restore services on a lapsed bill. Cancelation hasn't occurred. Bill has been paid but, services aren't restored. Using workers, DO, streaming, domain etc. Full stack application is completely degraded.
